1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the okcard website or mobile application, placing bets, or using any okcard services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and okcard (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

okcard accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, bank transfers, over-the-counter payment centers, and other methods as displayed on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or where okcard has made an error. Funds deposited into your okcard account are held in a segregated account as required by PAGCOR regulations and are available for gaming activity or withdrawal subject to these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

In the event of technical issues affecting the live stream, fight results will be determined based on the official cockpit ruling.

Cancelled or postponed fights will result in refund of all bets. okcard is not responsible for cockpit decisions, rule interpretations, or outcomes determined by the referee.

4.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds are provided by okcard's oddsmaking partners and are subject to change up until the time a bet is placed and confirmed. okcard reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its discretion, particularly for large wagers or bets placed by known advantage players.

Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of the sport in question (e.g., PBA, NBA, FIFA). If a game is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, settlement rules will follow standard industry practices (typically void/refund for most bet types unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours).

4.4 Casino Games and Slots

10.2 Suspension or Termination by okcard

You and okcard agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

okcard reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the okcard website. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document to reflect the most recent revision.

okcard shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, natural disasters, internet service disruptions, or technical failures.
